Fair Use Policy
- EuroHost.com provides hosting plans with unmetered or "unlimited" web space and data transfer for legitimate website content only. This does not include file storage, archiving, or unrelated data hosting.
- All hosted content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Content violating copyright, privacy, or applicable EU or national law is strictly prohibited.
- Use of system resources (including CPU, RAM, and bandwidth) must remain within reasonable operational limits. Continuous or automated usage that impacts service performance may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
- Mailbox usage is subject to fair use:
- Mailboxes are intended solely for the account holder’s direct use and may not be resold or shared with unrelated third parties.
- Accounts exceeding 100 active mailboxes per hosted domain may be subject to service adjustment or limitation.
- Inactive mailboxes (not accessed within 180 days) may be removed, including stored contents, without prior notice.
- Each individual mailbox is limited to a maximum storage capacity of 10 GB. Once this limit is reached, incoming mail may be rejected or suspended until space is freed. We reserve the right to delete old or excessive stored messages and attachments at our discretion to ensure service integrity.
- File hosting rules:
- Our servers may not be used as cloud storage, backup, or file exchange platforms.
- All uploaded content must be part of an active public website and accessible via the corresponding domain, excluding system or configuration files.
- Temporary backups generated by users must be promptly downloaded and deleted to avoid unnecessary storage occupation.
- HTTP downloads and media distribution:
- Large-scale or unrelated HTTP/FTP downloads are not permitted.
- Streaming is recommended for multimedia content.
- EuroHost.com reserves the right to restrict or archive files deemed excessive or unrelated to normal website operation at its sole discretion.
- Violation of this Fair Use Policy may lead to suspension or termination of services, as specified in the Terms of Service.
- Data handling and retention are performed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR. Logs and usage data may be processed for security, billing, and abuse prevention purposes.
